Real Estate:
I absolutely LOVE doing real estate work. In my everyday life, I work in the car business. The car business is a business that is driven by commission based sales, much like real estate. So I understand not only the importance of real estate marketing, but the investment that needs to be made before a sale (and getting paid!) can even happen. Having an understanding of this. what you will get from me is the best product at the best price. I have also done extensive “self training” on real estate MLS rules, do’s, and dont’s.
I am FAA Part 107 licensed, so any of my aerial pictures/videos can be used commercially. I am one of the few people in Clinton County PA to be able to offer this service legally per the FAA rules/laws.
I have met a lot of incredible people through working on these projects and enjoy being a small part of them. Honestly, I get as fired up and excited as the realtor themselves and I enjoy folllowing along to see how the sale goes.
The real estate market is crazy right now. The biggest obstacle at the moment is a shortage in inventory. What there is NOT a shortage of are realtors and firms to do business with in this crazy market…..you need to stand out from the rest and not just show, but prove why you are different. When it comes to the marketing aspect of your job, I want you to go into that listing appointment and confidently be able to say YOU are the best option for the job because you are going to give the client the best representation possible to showcase that listing, get eyes on it, and get it sold!

Realtors! Want to add a little extra pop to showcase your property and make it really stand out? Let’s do up a short video tour! 90 second to 3 minute videos offer a great way to showcase your listing and add a little extra intrigue to a prospective buyer, and make them want to see more….in person! In most cases, you are not only selling a property, you are selling a location. These videos can offer a visual not able to be seen in photographs. I take care of everything including music licensing so your video can be shared worry free across any format: business web site, personal web site, Facebook, Instagram…etc. Here is an example of one of my videos for my friends at Davis Real Estate in Lock Haven, PA taking a short tour of one of their showcase listings.
Real Estate Promotion:
Need a promotional flyer to showcase your listing across Facebook, Instagram, personal web site, or any other platform….no problem. These are wonderful tools that can be printed out and hung in the office, bulletin boards, etc. Or can simply be shared across your web site and social media platforms to get eyes on your listing.
Did you know that the industry standard in photography editing is a program called Light Room? Why? Because in photography lighting is everything. With that being said, we all know in sales that scheduling is everything, and time is money. You can not always get the right moment to showcase your property that way is should be. Here is an example of how easily it is to fix that and make some slight adjustments, and still stay within the MLS photos guidelines, to showcase your property the way it is meant to be featured.
